Customize how Pocket summarizes your conversations
Pocket uses intelligent templates to structure your conversation summaries. Whether you need a formal meeting minute or a casual journal entry, templates ensure you get the insights that matter most to you.
Preset Themes
Pocket comes with several high-quality preset themes optimized for different scenarios:
- Meeting: Focuses on decisions, action items, and participants.
- Interview: Highlights key questions asked and detailed answers given.
- Journaling: Captures personal reflections, moods, and recurring thoughts.
- Casual Talk: A lightweight summary for informal chats.
Custom Templates
For specific needs, Pro users can create Custom Templates. This allows you to define exactly what the AI should look for and how it should format the output.
Creating a Template
- Go to Profile > Summary Settings.
- Tap Create Custom Template.
- Define Sections: Each section has a title and specific instructions for the AI (e.g., "Summary: Provide a 3-sentence overview of the project status").
- Generate Action Items: Toggle whether the template should automatically extract tasks.
