How to organize, export, and protect your recordings
Pocket provides powerful tools to manage your data at scale, ensuring your conversation library stays organized and secure.
Bulk Actions
When you have multiple recordings to process, you can enter Multi-Select Mode on the home screen by long-pressing any item.
- Hide: Remove recordings from your main list without deleting them.
- Delete: Move unwanted recordings to the Recycle Bin.
- Export: Export your transcript or summary to external apps or files.
- Combine: Merge multiple related recordings into a single "Merged Memory" for a unified summary. This action is accessed via the three-dots menu on the home screen.
Recycle Bin
Accidentally deleted something? No problem.
- 30-Day Retention: Deleted conversations are kept in the Recycle Bin for 30 days before being permanently removed.
- Restore: You can easily restore any conversation from the Recycle Bin to your main list.
- Manual Empty: You can manually empty the bin at any time to permanently free up space.
